How do you assemble a team that truly performs? If you work in HR or hold a leadership position, you know this is a critical challenge that goes far beyond simple recruitment.
Elena Peleschuk, Director of LavoroSolutions Kazakhstan, addressed this topic at the III International Human Capital Development Forum, Human Capital Days, in Kazakhstan.

Forum attendees were keen to learn about our assessment practices – client and candidate NPS, as well as our internal team satisfaction and engagement surveys – and how we act on the results.
During the session, I shared our experience in the team-building process. We discussed the crucial role of hiring managers and the importance of their training, utilizing tools such as career dialogue and mentoring.
