How Our Day with the HR Community in Almaty Went

April 17, 2026 — Almaty. A major event organized by LavoroSolutions for the HR community has come to an end.

We didn’t just “hold an event” — we truly came together. Warmly, sincerely, and with great value.

Our gathering was called “HR in the New Reality: From Global Experience to Local Solutions”, and it brought together those who truly care about how the job market, people, and relationships within companies work.

  • how to let people go while still keeping a human face;

  • which workforce models actually work in business;

  • and even how a mug or a hoodie can influence your HR brand (seriously, it was incredibly interesting).

The Atmosphere? Like Being Among Good Friends

We didn’t gather just to tick a box. People asked questions, debated, laughed, and exchanged contacts over coffee breaks. It was sincere, lively, and truly human.
