In April, the annual online conference organized by the staffing company LavoroSolutions for HR professionals and managers was successfully held, focusing on various aspects of occupational health and safety (OHS). The event’s key themes included recent regulatory updates, focusing on primary risks, organizing an OHS management system, and the evolving requirements for the OHS specialist role.

A particularly insightful session was led by Lyudmila Filimonova, LavoroSolutions’ Health & Safety Engineer. Her presentation addressed establishing an office-based OHS system in Kazakhstan following the end of the moratorium on state inspections.
